⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service — highly recommended! I took my iPad to The Phone Shop on Chester Road after having problems with the charging port. I had already been told by other repair shops that they couldn’t repair it, but the team here checked it and managed to fix it very quickly. The price was very reasonable, and I was really impressed with how fast and professional the service was. When I collected the iPad, they even gave me a genuine charging cable, as my previous cable may have contributed to the charging port problem. Really pleased with the whole experience. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced and very helpful. I’ll definitely use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to others. 5-star service!
Popped in on Saturday for a screen replacement for my iphone 17 pro. Initially the soft oled failed so the guys stuck on a temporary less premium screen to keep me over until a new one came in. Later came in for the proper replacement. Both times the replacement was actioned quickly; both times I was sorted within half an hour. Screen is working just as well as the original. Pricing is also very competitive. Also a good bunch of guys, excellent customer service. Initially only charged me for the less premium screen and then paid the remainder once I got the premium sorted.

Just a quick review to say these are great, my samsung wasn't fast charging so was looking at new phones which I can't afford lol, took this is, sorted it within an hour and only cost £40 instead of £1700 🤣🤣. Amazing experience thanks guys
